Check your filter. Filters need to be changed every 3 months, this will keep your furnace running efficiently and save you money on your gas bill.

Check the batteries in your thermostat.

Check to make sure your furnace switch is on.

If your hot water tank is leaking, turn off the water supply right away and call the office at 250-564-9794.

Is your smoke detector beeping?

Make sure to first check your batteries, these should be replaced every 6 months.

If you are experiencing any leaks or flooding in your home, turn off your water main immediately. 

This is usually located in the basement, on the wall facing the street. After you turn it off, immediately call the office at 250-564-9794.

If you are experiencing ants or other outside pests, it is important to keep your lawn watered and mowed. 

Pests like dry soil and tall grass.
